April 13, 2015 was a read letter day for N.S.K.K. as the B.A. third year students were given a fitting farewell. The damsels were ushered into the beautifully decorated hall along with the principal Dr. Fr. V. Sebastian and the professors. The first year and the second year students worked tirelessly to make it a wonderful day for them.

Light symbolizes the presence of God. vlrksek lr~ xe;k] relksek T;ksfrZxe;k  was chanted by Sr. Anna Purty while the principal, Vice Principal, Staff and the college leader lighted the lamp. A meaningful prayer song was sung by the first year students. Miss Vinita Toppo read a passage from the Bible which enlightened the minds and hearts of all present the prayer dance by the second year students was very graceful and was appreciated by one and all.

Aejad Akhtar, a second year student sang a melodious song which enthralled the audience. The mesmerizing Rajasthani folk dance kept the audience spell bound.

To meet, to bid farewell is part of life. A melodious farewell song conveyed the feelings all have for the third year students. Feelings of appreciation, love and gratitude towards them were expressed by the melodious song.

Dr. Ramsudhar Singh appreciated the third year students and gave examples to show the way the students grew up here. He recalled how he bid farewell to his daughter as she was married and sent to her in laws.

A Gazal by Ms. Sweta Singh and a song by Rahul conveyed the farewell message. The western song with dance performed by Mr. Nicholas was superb.

The third year students presented tokens of love to all: Principal, Vice Principal, Professors and the Students as well as to the college.

The Message by the Principal was thought provoking and he expressed his gratitude to the staff members and the outgoing students. He exhorted them to be humble and grateful to people, who helped to claim the ladder of life. Certificates of Merit were distributed to the winners of Intra College Competitions. The Director, Rev. Dr. Fr. V. Sebastian distributed DVD production to the participants who helped in the production of DVD.

The fusion Dance was the climax of the day’s programme. The second year students kept  the audience spell bound by their nimble movements.

Vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Monika in which she thanked one and all. The programme ended with light refreshment served for all.
