NORTH INDIAN BISHOPS’ COUNCIL – CULTURAL EVENING

The students of Sanjeevani Hostel were enthusiastic and zealous for the cultural evening after the day’s hardwork of the Archbishops and Bishops to relax and enjoy the new mode of communicating the social, spiritual and human values, i.e. to say  through dance and music, the cultural heritage of India. The cultural programme commenced at 6.30 p.m. on April 14, 2016. The students of Sanjeevani Hostel studying in Nav Sadhana Kala Kendra, Post Graduate College of Music and Dance performed the following items: Welcome Song, Classical Recitation under the direction of Sir Govind Verma, Prayer Dance – Dhanya Pita choreographed by Sir Robin A., Maa Tuje Pranam Skit with Dance directed by Fr. Justy and dance choreographed by Miss Nisha Rawat and Miss Damini Mariyam,  Patriotic Dance choreographed by Miss Sushmita Bharati, Fusion Dance – Jeevan Tera choreographed by Sir Robin A. Finally Most Rev. Abraham Viruthukulangara, Archbishop of Nagpur appreciated melodious singing, scintillating dance performance and impacting skit on Mother Teresa. The august audience was welcomed by Dr.Fr. V.Sebastian, Director of Nav Sadhana and Principal of Nav Sadhana Kala Kendra, Varanasi. The anchoring was done by Miss Nomita Rani.
