Various competitions help students to develop their talents and abilities. Colour Painting and Sketch Drawing competitions were held in the Library on Aug. 22, 2015 at 11.00 a.m. The four groups sent their selected members to participate in the competitions: two each for both competitions. It was conducted by Sr.Joan, CJ, Mr.Govind Verma and Mr.Rakesh Edwin. The topics were as follows:

1. Girl Child in India
2. Environment Pollution

The participants from four groups: Bhatkhande, Digamber, Rukmani Devi and Tyagraj, gave colour to their imagination and the sketches were lively, very creative and imaginative. The items were judged by three juries. The result was declared by the Principal at the assembly on Aug. 27, 2015 as follows:

1^st Prize: Digamber Group – Doris Lucia and Maria David

2^nd Prize: Bhatkhande Group – Kalpana Masih and Priyanka

3^rd Prize: Rukmani Devi Group – Deepika Ekka and Joyci Pais

SKETCH DRAWING:

1^st Prize: Rukmani Devi Group – Damini Mariam and Priyanka Tigga

2^nd Prize: Digamber Group – Shikha Mariam and Aejad Akhtar

3^rd Prize: Tyagraj Group – Mamta Kumari and Neelam Majhi.

The students were happy about the result. The staff appreciate their interest to participate in it.
