The students of Nav Sadhana Kala Kendra (NSKK) were divided into four groups. The names of the group are: 1. Bhatkhande Group, 2. Digamber Group, 3. Rickmani Devi Group and 4. Tyagraj Group. In view of Independence day celebration a patriotic competition was held at Milan Hall on Aug. 10, 2015 at 1.00 p.m. The principal and the staff members were present for the same. Mr. Govind Verma welcomed the principal, vice principal, and all the staff and students of the College. He further explained the purpose, procedure, rules and regulations of the competition. The judges for the competition were Dr.B.P. Tiwari, Mr.Kamini Mohan and Mr. Robin, who were also welcomed heartily. A lot was taken by the group leaders to decide the order or sequence of the competition. The four groups presented the patriotic songs in a creative and innovative manner. Dr.Ramsudhar Singh analyzed the song and stated that the natural flower has perfume, but the paper flower does not have. Similary their singing was like the natural flower with perfume. The principal Dr.Fr.V.Sebastian admired and appreciated the students for their creative and innovative method of composing lyrics and music and participating in the competition with enthusiasm and eagerness. He has also declared the result of the competition as follows:       First Prize goes to Digamber and Tyagraj groups with 123 points each out of 150; The second prize goes to Bhatkhande group with 122 points and the third prize to Rukmani Devi group with 108 points out of 150 points. There were 14 members from each group participated in the competition. The uniform enhanced the beauty of their presentation. Sr. Joan, CJ, Vice Principal of the College thanked all for the success of the day’s programme. Anchoring was very well done by Miss Shweta Singh and Miss Suchita Xalxo.
